Admission Procedures

Once an opening is available, parent(s)/guardian(s) are notified via email of the opening and given 24 hours to confirm interest in enrollment.

After interest is confirmed, a phone or zoom meeting is scheduled. At this meeting parent(s)/guardian(s) ask questions about VMS.

After the phone or zoom meeting, if parent(s)/guardian(s) are still interested in enrollment, a school tour is scheduled.

After the school tour and if the parent(s)/guardian(s) want to enroll they contact VMS at vistamontessorioffice@gmail.com.

To confirm enrollment, the Enrollment Application, one month tuition deposit (applied to first month of enrollment) and non-refundable $100.00 registration fee are submitted.

Additional admission paperwork is provided to the parent(s)/guardian(s) via email.

The additional admission paperwork must be signed and submitted to VMS before the child’s first day of school. Current Immunization Records or an Idaho State Exemption Form must be submitted within 14 days of the child’s first day of school.

Admission Information

The VMS infant/toddler program was designed to provide the youngest children a nurturing environment where they are offered an opportunity to continue with familiar caregivers while forming loving, trusting relationships. This program has limited enrollment availability. Priority admittance is provided to families who intend to continue with our preschool program.

Montessori preschool education is based on a three-year cycle; therefore, families should plan for a child to attend our preschool program a minimum of two years.

Admission to VMS is based on class availability and determination by the parent(s)/guardian(s) and administration that the child is ready. In the event that a space is not available, your family can be placed on our waiting list free of charge.
